  1. 3CX phone for windows on v20 conference not working

    Hello, A customer is using 3CX phone for windows after upgrading to v20. They noticed that selecting the conference button does nothing, it does not trigger the conference action. Please assist as they are dissatisfied with the new 3CX softphone. Thank You and BR.
