  1. SIP ID not working in v20?

    I've got a client that we created a 3 Digit Extension, PRO 4SC Instance for, paid for 3CX Hosting and annual license for, fully configured and now they drop a bomb on us saying they have 2 people with 2 digit extensions they forgot to tell us about... #1 - Can we easily convert this license...

  2. Solved Logo Placement on v65 (Hosted Pro License)

    Is there anything I can do to move (or remove) the logo on the Pro Hosted (other than upgrade to Enterprise so I can load an all back logo)?

  3. Outbound calls

    If i buy the pro licence for 3cx am i limited in the amount of outbound calls i can make .Do i have to pay a certain amount for a certain amount of outbound calls .Is there a way for me to call unlimited amount of times using the pro licence

    Hi All, Apologies if this seems a basic question, I am setting up a new 3cx instance in AWS. I have followed the steps: https://www.3cx.com/docs/cloud-pbx-amazon-aws/ however it has not given me the option to enter the Pro Licence key provided to me by a 3cx partner anywhere in the portal...
