  1. Not connecting through 3cx iPhone App

    I am having trouble connecting to 3cx from outside the network i.e. on the mobile using the app. It was working fine for years, We just had NBN Fibre installed, however I unblocked all the ports from the ISP. The phone just says connecting in the app Any help?
