Good day everyone! So I have an interesting issue I have found with only 1 client, and only 1 extension within that particular client. Out current setup:
Cloud PBX (Amazon AWS)
6 Extensions all with Grandstream 2160s
All Remote STUN provisioned
Whenever an extension tries to call another extension directly (no outbound, just inter-office), for example 001 tries to call 002, both 002 and 005 will ring, even though 005 is not a part of it at all. 005 will ring on all inter-office calls from one to another. I have erased and re-provisioned the phone 3 times, I have erased and re-added the extension 2 times and I do not have her in any kind of a ring group other than the main ring group for inbound calls. I don't see anything in the phone GUI itself that could be causing this issue, nor any options or rights that could be causing it. This extension is set up just like the others in the office. Any ideas?
