10 seconds before hearing caller

Hello,

I have a client using the webclient and the headseat Polysavi-8200 (Plantronics). I configured the headset integration through 3cx webclient to allow the user to pick a call using the button on the headset.

The problem is when receving a call, if the user to the button on the headset he have like 10 seconds before having the audio in the headset and hearing the caller, but when he picks using the webclient directly everything is OK. Did somebody have a solution?

Hi @dcorazon in this scenario you will need to enter in contact with plantronics so they can assist and support you with the headset.
