155legacy not waking phone/displaying calls

Hello,
I currently am running 155legacy version 16.0.0.6
I recently updated my android version (Samsung s9 ) and following that I am not receiving any calls on the app. If I open the app itself when a call is coming I will be able to get it like normal
but the phone will never ring if the app is not open and running. (didn't have this problem before).
Outgoing is normal. everything else works but PUSH. (I have set up Firebase like stated in the article)
I tried installing the non legacy version, but my server is running on Debian Jessie 8 and updating to newer version is not possible at the moment.
I tried to re-provision but still nothing is happening.
Any help appreciated.

Hello,

I would recommend to update your PBX to V16 as soon as possible.

The legacy app is documented to have some issues, here are the notes from our android store page

• Use only if you are unable to update 3CX Server to Version 16
• For use with Version 15.5 only
• Can work on Android 6,7,8
• Will have problems on Android 9
• Does not work on Android 10

If you have any questions before upgrading the PBX please don't hesitate to ask. Note that Windows Server 2012 and older are not supported.
