I am trying to install 3CX for the first time. I am using a windows 2003 server that I originally used for DB testing. The only program I had installed on it was MS SQL and I uninstalled that before starting the 3CX install. Now when I try to install, it says port 5480 is open and must be closed before installing. When I check the port, it says it's listening and shows as "System" only. No program or service is using it, just "System". I tried to use CurrPorts to close it, but it won't close.
