Good afternoon,
We currently have 2 calls "stuck" in our PBX. I tried to disconnect them through the Admin Console, but when clicking the "X" to close the connection, they will not disconnect.
This has happened before, and normally we will reboot the whole box that the PBX runs on. Is there an easier way? The reason I ask is because obviously I do not want to do this during production hours and the way our system is set up, I cannot reboot the PBX box remotely as I will not be onsite to do this later tonight.
Would restarting the nginx service accomplish this task? Or should I go ahead and restart all of the services?
