2 Digit keys in Digital Receptionist

WE are testing 3cx for first time, while configuring Digital Receptionist i found only 1 from 0-9 digit key mappings is their any possibility for making them to two digit like 21 23 ?

Hi Aravind,

I am afraid you cannot have this ability, key mapping with two digits, but you can use the Direct Dialing feature with the existing extension digits. Also if you need that option with two digits you can post this as a feature request in our ideas section of this forum so that other users can upvote your idea.
