2 Live Chat on 1 website

Hi there,

is it possible to have more than 1 Live chat integration on one website?

In my use case a sort of marketplace, i want to give another person the ability to interact with a customer via Video (personal video shopping), but this interaction must be separate from the "normal" chat of the site. So that only this person gets or can answer the Video call.

Using the HTML code generator, you can accomplish this. You can create a Live Chat for each page if you like and have it appear on pages you paste the HTML. Have a look at the code generator here: https://www.3cx.com/live-chat/code-generator/
