2 voip providers with same user id

I have 2 voip providers, and for the 2 ones, I have the same user id.
I can create the first in 3cx, but not the second : The user id becomes red when I click ok.
If I delete the first one, I can create the second one...

Is there a workaround ?

Is this question a problem for the 3cx staff ?

Most of the support here is user to user. While waiting for an official response it might be easier for you to request a different userid from one of your vendors as a temporary fix.
