does not work from spa3102 and spa962
it works from grandstream 2020

Dial Plan setting issue at your SPA. You may try to change it by default "(*xx|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)"
to
"(*xx*|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)"

or delete any unwanted setting. eg delete *xx

just to clarify... this is an issue on the spa962 phone's dial plan. look at the following guide, specifically point 13:

Although this allows this * features to work, it introduces a new problem where there is only a 2 second delay before dialing times out.
