2N IP Solo Intercom?

Has anyone had any luck connecting the 2N IP Solo Intercom with a Yealink T58 video phone and hosted 3CX?

We recently had to change out an old analog intercom to digital. The 2N claimed to work with the Yealink T58 (we use Yealink phones). I can get the intercom to dial to the phone (through 3CX hosted), but no video option ever appears. I've checked the 3CX logs and they appear to be talking direct to one another (no SIP trunks are ever used).

I have tried all the settings from the 2N docs online (direct and through 3CX). Direct doesn't dial at all. 3CX works for audio only. Can't seem to get video working?

Any others using this intercom with 3CX?

What is the actual model number of the Yealink ?

If you setup the 3CX Client in softphone mode, and dial this extension from the 2N IP Solo , do you get a video feed ? On Solo - Services - Phone - Sip1 - Test Call

On the 2N IP Solo - under Services - Phone - Video do you have the codec enabled ?

We have 2N IP Verson, so hopefully it is the same options for 2N IP Solo
