3+ Conference Call from Deskphone

Hello,
I have a client that is somewhat "boutique" in the service they offer and want to make things simple for their clients and business partners.
Their goal is to have the receptionist call the first 2 or more parties, get them on the audio conference, and then bring in the partner, and then she leaves the conference. They don't want any parties (outside or the partner) to have to dial anything, they want the receptionist to call them and they just have to answer.
The receptionist is a bit intimidated by technology and isn't willing to embrace the web client so I'm trying to come up with the absolute most simple way for her to accomplish this.
The receptionist and the partners have Yealink T53W phones.
Here are the instructions I sent her.

First Party

1. Call the 1st party and wait for them to answer.
2. Instruct them that they will hear hold music until other parties join.
3. Press Transfer, dial 700, press SEND.
4. When prompted to enter the conference ID, enter any 4 digit number, for example 1111 and then press #.
5. It will tell you that you're starting a new conference, press * to confirm.
6. It will ask for "your name", after the tone, say the 1st party's name and press any key.
7. Now press Transfer again and that will deposit the 1st caller into the conference call.

Second Party

1. Call the 2nd party and wait for them to answer.
2. Instruct them that they will hear hold music for a moment while you place them into the conference.
3. Press Transfer, dial 700, press SEND.
4. When prompted to enter the conference ID, enter the same 4-digit number as before and press #.
5. It will ask for "your name", after the tone, say the 2nd party's name and press any key.
6. Now press Transfer again and that will deposit the 2nd caller into the conference call.

Additional Parties (including the partner)
Repeat the same steps above to add any other parties to the conference.

I'm not arguing that this is or isn't complicated, I'm just asking if anyone has thoughts on what could be done to make the process simpler (if possible).

Would it be easier for them to just use the web client to schedule a conference so the parties can dial straight into the conference and not on the receptionist to call them and then transfer them to the conference?
