we have a customer who has 3 sites and using 1 hosted pro 3cx.
the customer does not want for the system to automatically start say Mon 8:30 and finish at friday 5:30.
they want to be able to manually do this.
I have created 3 groups with each group having their own working hours. but cannot figure out how to manually change each group working hours using the flexible keys on the phone or using a code.

v18 or v20? 20 doesn’t have the key code. It’s intended to do it via the web client.

In this case, they should be on v20 and use the "override office hours" feature to change it as they please. Then just set office hours to be always closed (no hours) so they can override as they need every time.

You can even do that per site via departments.

its cloud hosted and I cannot upgrade the system to v20. do I need to place a ticket with 3cx and ask them to upgrade it?

@sergen - Even if your system is in 3CX hosting, you can still upgrade it to v20. Just log in to the Admin Console with the System Owner account in the webclient > System > Updates - and then Download the v20 update. Should take a few minutes to download and install and then you are all set! :-)

I saw the upgrade button was greyed out so I assumed couldn't be done. Then I hoover the mouse over it and said you must be owner and have unique email address to be able to do this. So went to users and gave the system owner a unique email address and then I was able to upgrade to v20. Thanks team for your help. I will see how I go with it today.
