Solved 3 way call

Hi

I have a problem with 3 way calls

example
from 10 I receive an external or internal call, I answer from android or ip phone
I press the conference button from app or from ip phone
I call internal or external number
the 3 way conference is up... ok...
but if I terminate the conference from 10 the call remain up on the others numbers

is a feature or an issue?

Hi @LucaSantamarianova,

This is how it works, not an issue. When you conference the 3 extensions together, they join a new call (if done via the Web Client / Android). You'll see the name change to Conference, meaning that 10 isn't who the others rely on to keep the call going.

However if you conference from an IP phone, and then hang up, it will end the call for all parties involved.

If the web client or desktop app is open you can use the Panel page to right click and Drop those calls. Or just wait until they hang up before you hang up.

yes, I know this solution... but I was looking for a solution without a pc ... thanks...I thought that whoever activated the conference was also its 'administrator'...why not include this feature with a simple flag...? ....

this is a feature of 18 version or is an old feature?

I'm a new user and I born with 18 version...

It has been this way for a while already.

If you wanted to control your conferences entirely, you could use the "Meet" option in the Web Client, choose Audio >> Now and create it.


When you connect to the Audio meeting, you'll have an option to hang up each user when the conference ends then delete the meeting to not allow reconnection.
