Hi there
With my new installed v18 i only get 25-30 sec ringing on inbound calls. The telephones stop ringing but the caller doesnt recognise it because ion the caller side it keeps on signaling. I can make outbound calls as long as I want and when i pick up inbound calls its not an issue as well.

The firewall checker went through, no sip alg is beeing detected. I have similar setups, but this ist the first v18 going productive. So it could be that there is a different setup needed on the network side?

Thanks for any help

V18 Build 1880
Self Hosted on Debian with 3cx ISO
Peoplefone CH SIP trunk
Firewall checker ok

Have you checked the 3CX Activity Log to see if there is anything showing at the 30 second mark?

This is what i get... Like I hung up on the caller, but I didnt.

Is this a new installation? Do you have a static public IP? if you do, you'd want to make sure that's listed at "Settings > Network Settings > Public IP", even if you are NAT'd behind your firewall, you still want that filled out. This gets me almost every time, but that does cause drops that appear like manual disconnects. Maybe give that a look.

Thanks for the hint, just checked. It's filled in....

@snydertech
The above... Forgot to mention you ;-)

Additional a TCP dump from my firewall:

It seems that it is resolved thanks anyway. The provider had a 30 second forwarding active!
