I have a sip provider that offers me a sip trunk via a second network card. The sip trunk is connected, the network is configured so to reach the sip trunk but my provider tells me that i don't ansfer with ack to 200 ok and the outbound call drops after 32, 33 seconds. where i have the advance options in the trunk setup so i can put the ip for the answer there, or how i can resolve it. The second network card have no internet so i need the first one to connect the ip phones etc.

In the v20 version i can't find anythink and seems that i'm more limited than before. Is there any option to activate an advance configuration in windows? I tried to use the template but wihout luck.

When using this type of configuration, ensure you have a static route configured on the OS side to forward traffic destined Voip provders side via the second. network card.

Hey, everithing is made, the static route, even the priority of the gw. The problem seems to be that the 3cx app use the first ip to answer ack for the 200 ok and the handshake is not made complete. Somehow i need to setup in the trunk config the ip used and is not enough the setting from the general page. This is the reason i need some outbound rulles ovewrite

The 3CX system will respond to the IP address specified in the contact header of the SIP invite it receives. Therefore, your generic trunk must first point to the internal IP of the provider's gateway, and the static route will direct the traffic to it.

You will likely need to perform a Wireshark capture on your side to analyse what is happening, which IP addresses are seen, and where.

the local ip on the second card (the sip provider network card) is 192.168.52.22 and the resolv of the server where i connect is 81.196.197.132. I don't see any problem from whireshark, the capture is identicaly . what else i can check?

i did put a diferent sip provider on the same 3cx server and that one send's the ack to 200 ok and the call don't close, the setup is made similar and the problems seems that the ack don't go in my situation anywere. i did capture the both network cards in that call an no ack. Regarding my question, is there any advance configuration that i can activate? I can buy a ticket of suport but the sip trunk is generic and i understain there is no support.

You will need to review the 200 OK messages from the SIP trunk provider in Wireshark's main window to check the IP addresses listed in the contact header.

You are correct. From 3CX technical support, we do not assist with untested, unsupported SIP trunk providers and suggest you consider a supported SIP trunk provider, for which we can check for any issues.
