Hi, is it possible to add variables to an email with "Body is HTML" selected?

I would like to have callerid, *.DtmfInput included in the body of the email.

I would guess, that you mean CFD ( Call Flow Designer )
Yes, this should all be possible:

You will need to use the CONCATENATE function first. This lets you concatenate static text with variables. This way you build your HTML body, and add the variable parts whenever you need.
