3CX 11 - SPA50x ringtones brocken

Hey, I have updated to v11
and every phone now ringing with standard Ringtone
I have change it to Custom 1 but it still ringing standard on external calls
how can I change it ?

This actually happened to us as well, very strange....Have not found a fix as of yet

We experienced this as well - our conclusion was that changes in the template that came with V11 were incorrect.

We think that for ring groups 2 to 7 the h= should actually read n=
