3CX 15.5.0 SP6 doesn't pronounce "please_hold" prompt

Hi everyone,

I have 3CX 15.5.0 SP6 edition, today when i was testing our IVR, i saw that 3CX doesn't doesn't pronounce "please_hold" prompt before forwarding the call. I have tried to restart services, changing of system prompts to a different languages, but no success. When i go to system prompts settings menu, i can listen to that file over the phone, so it exists in system, but it doesn't pronounce anyway. How can i fix it?

This prompt was removed in SP5, to my knowledge no way of putting it back

Also, on the subject of prompts, when you do a SP upgrade, it's a good idea to go into Settings --> System Prompts --> Updates tab. You'll find (more often than not) that the prompts might be out of date.

I have updated prompt that i am using now. But no any effect, it still doesn't pronounce this prompt.

Please note that this prompt has been removed from the PBX and it no longer plays when a call is being transferred from one destination to another. Even if you add the prompt the system will not play it as the behaviour has changed.

oh... "Announce"... It sounds like it "Pronounces" it fine... lol.
