Hello everybody,
I have an installation of 3CX updated to version 18 Update 3 build 461. For some time, in the "IP in blacklist" section, I happen to want the subnet of an address that has been blacklisted, but using the insertion by range (e.g., xxx. xxx.xxx.0 / 24), I get an "IP already present" error. But I'm sure (at least I think :)) that there is no overlapping subnet configured. Has anyone encountered the same problem? Am I wrong? But I have always used functionality successfully in the past.

Thank you very much.

If you have the automatic global blacklist enabled the range you are wanting to block may already be on that list.

Hello @jcostlow ,
sorry for the delay with which I answer you.
Yes, I have the feature enabled. I did not think about it.
Thank you.
