3CX 18 to 20 failed

Greetings,

I have a problem when trying to upgrade 3CX V18 to V20.
It upgraded to Debian 10 to 11, but failed to uprade to Debian 12.

The log has the bellow error:

Preparation: Fetch postgresql cluster: 13 main 5432 online postgres /var/lib/postgresql/13/main /var/log/postgresql/postgresql-13-main.log

Does anyone had a similiar problem, regarding this upgrade?

Looks like your postgres got lost on the way to Debian 12.

Got this with an very old installation and old postgres before

Take the way 3CX Backup > Fresh Debian 12 installation > Restore Backup
Other ways are much more painful

have you validated this way of migration ? (backup v18 restore v20).
no sides-effects ?
(if pre-requistes are validate)

Your V18 backup must be of the update 9, where you will have System owner user setup.

hello,
i've migrated severals customs last night.
Tow things to notice :
- don't do anything til the dashboard is fully populated (for one customer, many minutes to wait)
- for each migration, it miss 1 .wav directive, totally random. (i fix it browsing the .zip backup)
