Hello 3CX Forum,
I'm having some issues with my self hosted 3CX PBX & SBC.
So I have the following: 1 3CX PBX + 1 3CX SBC. They are both hosted on a datacenter, running with each of it's own public IPv4 address bound to the network interface.
All good, until I connect my Polycom VVX 410 to the SBC. After the phone it's provisioned, it will show the LAN IP Address and not the WAN IP Address.

This is how it looks on the 3CX PBX GUI -> Phones.
The VVX 410 it's connected to a RB4011 Mikrotik router, which connects to a PPPoE Client.
SIP ALG it's turned off, firewall it's configured to meet all 3CX criteria's.
I'm running out of any ideas or solutions.
Instead of the 10.10.0.6 IP Address (which it's the LAN one) it should be the public one, 5.15.xxx.xxx.
The SBC it's not on the same LAN, as mentioned before, it's on WAN with it's public IPv4 and no LAN address.
Of course that this setup causes one way audio and a lot of another issues.
Any help it's really appreciated!
Thanks,
