3CX 5001 port enable-issue

we have enabled port 5001 but when user tried to configure 3cx from their end firewall blocking, how to resolve this issue?
Note: I have checked firewall blocked port number in that there is 5001 not in blocking state

Why did you enable 5001? Is it because you setup the 3CX using that port? Otherwise, it uses 443.

For security reason we have customized the port number. do you have any solution to bypass the firewall with the customized port

Did you install 3CX with the port 5001 set? Or do you expect to just forward 5001 to 443?

Yes. We have installed 3cxwith 5001 port , we expected the traffic forward with 5001

In this case you should just have to open it from your firewall side.

We just block port 80,443 in our firewall rest of the ports are not blocked.
