3cx abandoned lost calls

Hi

We are getting the odd lost call in the queue.

However the weird thing is that the call then calls the system extension which does not even belong in that call queue or department.

How do I stop it from calling the system extension?

Does the call go to voicemail and then ring the operator extension?
