3cx accesses via thin clients

Hi Sir,

3CX Client is installed on a windows 7 virtual machine (Kind Of SAN with multiple slots). I from a thin client do remote to the virtual machine and access the phone. I have a headset connected in my thin client. The issue I am facing here is that I am unable to configure the headset in 3CX. Is there any solution for this.

This is the first time that I've seen this issue come up. Unless the audio device is listed in the 3CX phone you may be out of luck. There may be other forum members that have had experience with Thin Clients.
