Solved 3cx account

Hi,

I need to provide access to one of the members from the Development team to 3CX Phone System, as they need to test something, but I'm not comfortable with providing the admin credentials.

Is it possible to create an account in 3cx phone system with limited access?

Hello @techdummy

You can do that by creating an extension, then navigate to Rights>> Allow access to 3CX Management Console and enable the rights you want to give. The login credentials are the extension's number and the password showed under Allow access to 3CX Management Console (press the little eye to revile)
