3cx activate > activation

Hi,

We have a customer whose support expired in Feb 2023.

And they did not renew it back then.



The 3cx pbx is on version 16.0.7.

I understand that update needs to be done so that it can reach activate.3cx.com for license information.

It is currently reaching for activation.3cx.com.

If we can use network method to redirect its activation traffic to activate.3cx.com, will the activation still work for the outdate pbx ?

Anyone any idea ?

Short answer... no.

You need to reinstall an try to acitvate the licence.
