3CX Activation Problem

Good Day All

I am trying to activate 3CX phone system. The server were the system is installed is connected to the internet. I have confirmed the internet is working well by updating the 3CX system service pack and browsing the internet on the same server. But when try to activate the license, I am getting the following error.


Could not contact license key server. Please check internet connection on the computer running 3CX phone system.If you are using an HTTP proxy server, you need to configure proxy settings from the Control Panel> Internet Options > Connections.

No proxy server is installed on the network.

What could be the problem?

I changed the network card on the server and the update went through without a problem. I still can't fingure out what the problem is on that network card.
