This looks great!

Is there any indication on licensing when this is in full release? Will it require a minimum SC count as it does now? Totally understand that this might not be public yet.

The new 3CX AI Server looks great, would much prefer to run a model locally instead of through a third party and the new M6 Mac Mini is perfect for this.

Question though and forgive me if this is answered or implied somewhere, but will the new 3CX AI Server work with hosted 3CX PBXs if I have one on-prem or just with on-prem 3CX PBXs?

In other words, if I buy a Mac Mini and run this locally at my site, will still be able to link my 3CX Hosted services with it?

I do have an SBC acting as a gateway if that makes a difference.
Thank You,
Nick

Unless something has changed, there should be no issue with PBX in cloud and Mac on prem.

Hi, yes, the on-prem AI server can serve cloud-based 3CX systems; you need to ensure the required ports are open on the transcription server, aside from the network firewall.

Perfect, thank you for the answer! I assumed this would be the case but wanted to be sure before we start planning it out.

The new 3CX AI Server will indeed be able to connect to any 3CX that can be reached by a browser. Including multiple 3CXs served by one 3CX AI Server if the load is manageable.
