Hi,
I am having a small issue with making call from Avaya to 3CX when both systems have similar extensions.
I've successfully setup a SIP Trunk between both systems and i'm able to make calls from the 3CX to all extensions on the Avaya system without a problem, but when i try to make a call from an extension on the Avaya system to 3CX, and if an extension with that number already exist on the Avaya, it will not place the call, but instead give an error on the Avaya handset, saying "NUMBER BUSY"
For example, I have extensions 401 and 402 on both the Avaya and the 3CX and my dial plan on both system is set as follow, 9XXX will call the extension on the remote system and it works fine from the 3CX to Avaya, but not from the Avaya to 3CX.
I hope you understand my issue and can please tell me what I am doing wrong on the Avaya end? I'm just using a short code in Avaya, see attached.
