3CX and Avaya IP Office

Good day, I am setting connecting 3CX 18.0 (Build 939) to Avaya IP Office by following guideline https://app.claudion.com/blog/general/3cx-to-avaya-integration-sip-trunk. Both pbx see each other. However im not getting any audio from extensions from both side. Audio codecs are setup in order on both side.

Is there anyone who have and successful with this project can assist?
