3CX and Bitrix24 Missed calls goes to contact

Hello I was able to get 3cx and Bitrix24 work with 3cx client i get new windows open in chrome, 2 things I have problem

1) every time there is call with new number or missed call, 3cx creates new contact but I would like it to create new lead

2) Ring central's integration does little window pop up within Bitrix24 and creates new lead is there option in 3cx

what would be help be if there is video showing how 3cx works with Bitrix24, how popup works etc

I assume that you're using the client side integration. Answering your questions below:

Unfortunately this is not possible. The plugin will always create a contact. But you can edit the script provided by 3CX to create a Lead instead. You need programming knowledge to do this, as the script is C# code.

2) Ring central's integration does little window pop up within Bitrix24 and creates new lead is there option in 3cx

No, we don't provide this functionality. The contact record is opened in a new tab in your browser.

You're on your own there. However, there are some third party companies that might be able to help...
