3cx and Civica CX Housing API

Hi anyone got the 2 speaking toeach other using the crm integration.

I'm successfully using the CX housing api in soap and postman, just lack the knowledge to adapt this to 3cx

for cx you need a username ad password to make a call to a token service to get a token, you'd then place that token into your next call

Probably something we could build relatively easily if it has an actual REST API, and not just SOAP.

If you use it in Postman, good chance that's a REST API.

You can start with the CRM Template Generator Wizard and follow the steps.

If the system only supports SOAP, it can be integrated too, however it will be much more work in that case as you need to build the XML to send and receive, and escape all that in the XML file of the template, so it's not very readable code, and very error prone. I would definitely go with a REST API if that's available.
