Anyone know how to integrate 3CX with an existing banking IVR residing on another server such as the Intervoice / Brite IQTALK IVR without using a PSTN gateway in between? Can it work over straight network connection if incoming calls coming into 3CX are from a VOIP SIP Provider? Is it as easy as adding the other IVR server as a VOIP provider or extension, etc...?
The Intervoice/Brite IVR works with Avaya over a DS1 card with a ethernet cable going from the IVR to the Avaya PBX.
Ex. the other IVR asks for account number/SSN/password then asks user....
Press 1 for share balances
Press 2 for loan balances
etc....
