Hi Team,
We have a Meraki MX 64 that we are trying to get V15.5x connecting externally.
The connection itself is an additional IP block attached to the service. This appears to be working correctly as the FQDN and IP information are green in the Dashboard

Now when trying to do the FW checker it fails

Based on what I can see, the Meraki is setup correctly

Am I missing something completely obvious?

Has you click on 'How to Resolve This' - may point you in the right direction.

Hello @Nathan Gilders

Please make sure that SIP ALG is off on the firewall and go through the following guide as it will help you find where the issue is.
https://www.3cx.com/docs/firewall-checker/

Thanks for that but the MX64 doesnt have SIP ALG (it also passes the SIP ALG test within the 3CX FW test) and the FW checker help isnt all that specific. Essientially what I was hoping for is some one that has it working with the MX64 and an additional IP that can point out the traps. Does it actually work with 1 to 1 NAT?

So there are two reasons to buy Meraki; you like to waste money and they have good support. I suggest you take advantage of the second reason for buying Meraki and they should be able to get you squared away
