3CX and MP408 - No incoming calls

I get the lines in my MP408 registered, and I can make outbound calls, but I cant receive calls.
I get the following error:

Some ideas about to solve the problem? Im using version 6.0.664.0 of 3CX

Have you checked the authentication settings of the gateway, and that they match the 3CX ones?

My problem is that I cant found the authentication for 2 lines in the MP408. I only see one
and should it work for outgoing anyway?

What version of 3CX are you using?

The reason for asking being that I had a similar problem with authentication from a Patton gateway after I upgraded to v6.0.664. I know the passwords etc were good. I did not spend a lot of time looking at the problem because I was concentrating on a fax issue. I rolled back to 6.0.612 with no other changes and it was authenticating OK again.

Keith is keen to know if this reproduceable and only in .664.

Its a clean install, not an uppgrade...
