3CX and MSN/DID Numbers

Hello,

We are having problems with MSN numbers and 3CX

After entering MSN numbers in 3CX ( Using DID Name/Number we have the problem that on the Phone display the IP adress and portnummer of the 3CX server is displayed instead of the number of the calling person. Incoming Voip calls display the correct number.
Routing of the MSN numbers to the Phones works correctly.

Configuration is 2 x Patton 4554 for the ISDN Lines ( With 8 MSN Numbers )
3CX with Grandstream 2020 telephones
3 incoming / outgoing Voip Lines

Any suggestion where I made a mistake

this can be solved by changing the incoming sip-fields for the pstn.

Are these DID numbers on the ISDn lines and on the patton gateway? If not this should work out of the box. I suggest opening a support ticket with our support portal
