I was wondering if anyone has setup 3CX on a teamed NIC setup. Should this cause any issues?

As long as the teamed NIC has a single IP I dont see why you should have an issue.

Teaming always implies the use of one IP address, either in fail over or aggregation. If you MUST do this, use LACP. We use Intel NIC for this or Broadcom, the driver itself allows you to select the desired setup (either for redundancy perhaps one card in one switch and one in another) - THIS IS NOT LACP - or if you think that you need more than the 1Gbps that you currently have use a switch that support LACP, configure 2 ports as an LACP group and then connect it to your server. Do not try this is your switch does not support it. You should have no problem at all.
