3CX and Polycomm VVX400

I have 20 VVX400's working on a 3CX system. The only issue we are having is when someone calls the main ring group from outside the system all the phones show (including the non ring group phones) the inbound call. I cannot figure out where to stop all the non ring group phones from showing the call. Same thing happens if someone calls a DID from oustside. Phones with BLF for that extension see the inbound call and can even see who is calling. How do I make it stop?
