Hello all! We are setting up the 3CX and Salesforce integration and getting the below error code. I have set the field visibility and even security so this should not be triggering and we still get the error. I am unsure why this is still triggering. Any ideas on what I need to do as Salesforce Admin?

Server returned a non successful status code - HTTPStatusCode=BadRequest - Reason=Bad Request - Content=[{"message":"\nLead(Id,FirstName,LastName,Title,Fax,MobilePhone,Phone,Email,Company)\n ^\nERROR at Row:1:Column:75\nNo such column 'Fax' on entity 'Lead'. If you are attempting to use a custom field, be sure to append the '__c' after the custom field name. Please reference your WSDL or the describe call for the appropriate names.","errorCode":"INVALID_FIELD"}]

@ConceptsWeb
I saw you helping on other threads and wondered if you had any ideas, I greatly appreciate it!

Make sure you're using SalesforceV2 template. Not the other one.

Thanks for the quick Reply! I SF4.pngcan confirm that we have the V2 on for lightning templates

@edossantos_sipcaller do you possibly have any ideas on what could be the issue I need to clear up for this situation? I appreciate the help!

Yes, you need to enable the visibility of those fields, which are hidden in your Salesforce account.

Check this for details:

It's a bit old, so maybe the steps are not accurate, but that's the idea....

@edossantos_sipcaller I believe that I already have that all sorted. Here is a couple screenshots of that field. This is what you mean right?

I'm not a Salesforce expert, but I think there are 2 things: field level accessibility and field level security. Maybe you still need to enable that field in one of them? The REST API from Salesforce is still rejecting it, so somehow the field is not visible for the user that is invoking this through the API.
