Greetings,
I just buy a Welltech 2540 in order to use the PSTN lines we have, we also use a VoipVoip.com SIP trunk. I didn't noticed until some customers said that the IVR ended the call when they pressed the extension number. After some test I find out that the IVR is not ending the call, instead of listening the "onhold.wav" in the client side, the sound being played is like the one heard when a call fails (like this one: http://soundbible.com/1091-Phone-Off-Hook.html) and the same happens if we put the customer "on hold". When they call via the sip trunk, that does not happened, they actually listen the "onhold.wav", so I think the problem is around the Welltech Gateway.
Is someone is having the same issues? I don't have any idea of how to solve it.
Thanks for your suggestions.
