Hi guys,

So I have set up 3CX Virtual PBX Manager, created an instance of a PBX added some extensions and pre provisioned the phones for the instance. When I add the provisioning URL on my Yealink profile for selected MAC address the phone boots however it doesn't pull the config file through.

When I connect the phone locally the phone pulls it through without any issues.

When phone is connected from external network but has settings typed in manually, it works.

Ports I have opened on firewall are 80, 443, 13090, 13060, 69 and 55k -65k.

Any ideas why it might not be working. Do I need to open any other ports for Yealink? From what I have read around it only uses 80 or 443 depending on what link you use. I use https, so it should be using 443...

Any help would be great :D

I don't understand. What is a Yealink-profile? The webinterface of the phone? The provisioning template?

Reprovisioning is working but pnp is not working?

What DNS is the phone using?
Can you access the provisioning folder from your location using a PC?

How is your server connected to your LAN, where the phones are?
Here are some infos about provisioning remote locations: http://www.3cx.com/3cxacademy/videos/ad ... xtensions/ or an older text http://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/provisioni ... extension/
Are you using Stun/SBC?

all the best Frank
