3CX android IP phone IVR

Hi, anyone used a 3CX android phone and called an IVR? When I call, the call gets through, but when I press the digits for the options; it hangs up the call. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

I've used it quite a bit to access my 3CX voicemail (PIN etc.). There are some DTMF options in the settings, you could play with those and see if it makes may difference.
