3CX App Crashing

Unable to open 3CX App when iPhone (13.5) is on WiFi, it immediately crashes. Toggling WiFi off/ on resolves issue, however when then App in closed and reopened it begins crashing again when opened.

note: Running 16.0.612 Debian 9 iSO on VMWare ESXi 6.7.0

I would delete 3cx application and install from the welcome email
