3cx app IOS unregistred

I am experiencing an issue with the 3CX client (updated to the latest version) on iPhone 16 Pro Max, iPhone 17 Pro Max, and iPhone 17 Pro models: the client suddenly switches to "unregistered" status, making the user unreachable. It appears the application is not functioning correctly in the background.

Can you provide some more info please?
Does this happen to users of multiple PBXs, or just one?
Does it happen when using mobile data, wifi or both?
Do the phones have any VPN installed?

Regarding the 3CX cloud PBX: no VPNs are installed on the phones, yet the issue affects three specific phone models—each using a different carrier and a different Wi-Fi network. This specific client reported the problem, but I do not know if other clients are experiencing the same issue without realizing it. This client has a large fleet of smartphones; all field staff communicate with the company via phone, and most use iOS devices. The issue is limited to these specific models, whereas all other devices are older than the iPhone 17.

No, if the user doesn't use the application for a certain period, it disconnects. Note that if I close it, it doesn't switch to an "unregistered" state, so the issue reappears after it has been running in the background for a while.
