3cx App on iphone Push not working

I have made it working with android if the app is closed out and the phone is locked i can get call. I phones running latest updates and version of the app will work only if the app is open .On the router i have Enable TLS and opened ports 2195, 2196 . Is their any other steps need to make this work?

Not sure where you got ports 25764, 25765. IOS push requires 2195, 2196, and 443

How did you provision the IPhone - QBR code or welcome email ?

Sorry put wrong ports i have opened 25764, 25765 . I think i may have found the issue is they have not scanned the qr code since i have made updates. Tried it on iphone we have at the office and works perfectly waiting on them scan qr code i resent them.
