Hello Guys
Happy New year!
is there anyone using 3CX within Citrix desktop/VDA environment.

is this supported? and any documentation like how to install it on windows server VDA 2022/2025 for all users.

we are trying on VDA based on 2025 but can't get audio to work.

Regarding your question, please note that in any RDP/VDA environment, any apps or web clients used within the environment need to have an IP phone provisioned to each user so that the app or web client is used to remotely control the IP phone and where the audio of calls is via the IP phones and not piped through the remote session (which is not supported).

actually we are proposing 3cx solution for a new setup over 100 users where Citrix is in use and client ideally wants softphone to work with USB headsets , they are currently using MS Teams and we want to integrate Teams with 3CX, it will be mix-match, many users who need very basic telephoney will be using MS Teams and then many will be using 3CX softphone.
IP Phones are not preferrered choice but yea will see what we can do if we can't get softphone to pick USB headsets,

This is not supported, and we can't advise on that. As mentioned, using apps within remote desktops requires IP phones.
