I use 3CXPhone for Windows.

While doing a work on the desktop, the 3CX application is displayed on the screen.
For example, when writing this problem, the 3CX application opens.

I'm not sure I understood. You can close the app and disable launch at startup if you don't want it loading when not needed.

You can start it manually only when you want.
